This Privacy Policy explains how Arrowt (“we”, “us”, the “App”) handles information when you play. By using the App you agree to this policy. Arrowt is a casual puzzle game; you do not create an account or give us your name, email, or phone number to play.

Information collected

We do not directly collect personal profile information. However, some data is processed to run the game, show ads, and complete purchases:

• Advertising data. Our ads partner, Google AdMob, may collect device advertising identifiers, coarse (non-precise) location, device information, and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads.
• Purchase data. In-app purchases (e.g. Remove Ads, coin packs) are processed by Google Play or Apple. We receive the purchase status needed to deliver your item — not your card or payment details.
• Diagnostics & usage. We may collect anonymous device information (model, OS version), crash reports, and gameplay events to keep the game stable and improve it.
• On-device data. Your progress, coins, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us.

How the information is used

• To run, maintain, and improve the game.
• To display advertising and reward you for watching rewarded ads.
• To deliver and restore in-app purchases.
• To diagnose crashes and measure performance.

Advertising & your choices

Ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required (e.g. the EEA/UK), we show a consent request managed by Google’s User Messaging Platform, and you can change your choice at any time. On iOS, personalized ads also depend on your App Tracking Transparency choice.

• You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.
• Purchasing Remove Ads stops interstitial and banner ads.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by the service providers that make the game work:

• Google AdMob (advertising) — Google Privacy Policy
• Google Play / Apple App Store (purchases & distribution)
• Google Firebase (diagnostics & analytics, if enabled)

Children

Arrowt is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Data retention

On-device data remains until you delete the app or reset progress. Data processed by our providers is retained according to their policies.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
